- Washington campus features all private rooms, regardless of your payment source.
- Hillview campus features both private and semi-private rooms.
- Assisted Living facility features spacious, furnished and unfurnished, studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartments.

In general, long-term care insurance policies can be used to pay for skilled nursing services. Consult your specific policy and your insurance agent for more information about what your policy will cover. Medicare A coverage in a nursing home setting may be a possibility. There are strict criteria that must be met in order for a person to qualify. If this criteria is met, the coverage is limited and cannot be preauthorized. It is rare for a person to utilize the full 100 days.
We offer physical, occupational, and speech therapy to any resident or tenant that needs it. When you receive therapy services at Missouri Slope, you have access to a state-of-the-art rehabilitation gym, expert advice from trained professionals, and a restorative program to help you maintain your progress. Whether you need to recover from an injury or strengthen your muscles after surgery, you can count on Missouri Slope to help you get back to your daily routine.

We admit all types of individuals regardless of the length of stay. When you talk with our admissions team, you will be able to discuss your personal plan and what services you may require during your stay. If your goal is to go back to where you call home, we have one of the highest successful discharge rates in the Bismarck/Mandan area with our highly trained rehabilitation staff.
We have a fun and robust activities department that will focus on an individual’s unique interests. We offer different activities daily that range from large group gaming like bingo, small craft groups, Bible studies, and more. It’s more than just activities on a calendar; it’s connections and involvement that we provide to our residents daily. Calendars
We have numerous outdoor spaces on our campus for our residents, tenants, and even our staff to enjoy! We have courtyards, many gardens, and an outdoor balcony at our memory care unit.
Founded in Christian faith, we are committed to caring for the whole person. We are proud to have a full time ELCA chaplain on our staff that will address any pastoral care needs that arise during a person’s stay with us. Along with that, we offer numerous services for our residents to attend at one of our beautiful chapels. We also recognize that our residents celebrate many different faiths, and we provide several religious or spiritual services and accommodations.
