Duties:
Overseeing charge nurses and direct care nursing staff in the delivery of nursing care on two nursing units; also includes interaction with residents and their family members in addressing concerns; will participate in a five nurse management team; attend care conferences and supervise staff
Qualifications:
ND RN license with a minimum
of 5 years, charge nurse or nursing supervisory experience, preferably in long term care.
